RoneAI is the trading name of PT RoneAI Teknologi Internasional, incorporated in August 2026 under Indonesian law as an individual limited liability company.

The company was set up to put a legal entity behind work that was already happening: APIs, web applications, and AI systems built for developers and institutions who needed something dependable rather than something impressive.

Its registered scope is deliberately narrow. Two KBLI classifications cover it — information technology and computer services, and engineering and technology research and development. Everything RoneAI takes on sits inside those two lines.

## Size and stage

RoneAI is an individual limited liability company — a single-founder structure classified as a micro enterprise. Ridwan Halim is the director and, at present, the person doing the work.

That is stated plainly because it should affect how you engage with us. A one-person company is a good fit for focused, well-scoped projects and a poor fit for work that needs several people in parallel. We will tell you which one yours is.

## Principles

**What we hold to.**

* **Say the difficult thing early.** A timeline that will not hold, a requirement that conflicts with another, a technology choice that will cost more than it returns — these are cheaper to raise at the start.
* **Build for the maintainer.** The reader of this code is usually someone else, months later, under time pressure. That reader is who we optimise for.
* **Accessible is not optional.** Keyboard navigation, colour contrast, and semantic markup are part of the build, not a remediation phase.
* **No lock-in by design.** Standard tools, portable data, documented infrastructure. Leaving should always be possible.
