They are deliberately plain: most of what follows is a limit on what you should expect from work that is given away for free. ## Who these terms are with This website is operated by PT RoneAI Teknologi Internasional, an Indonesian company trading as RoneAI. Using the site means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site. Indonesian law treats an agreement reached electronically as binding, under the Electronic Information and Transactions Act (Law 11/2008, as amended by Law 19/2016 and Law 1/2024). These terms are that kind of agreement. ## Using this website You may read, link to, quote and share anything published here. Text, layout, and the company’s names and marks remain ours under the Copyright Act (Law 28/2014) and the Trademark Act (Law 20/2016). Please do not present the site or its content as your own work, or use our name in a way that implies we endorse something we have not seen. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit anything unlawful through the contact form, or use it to send bulk or unsolicited mail. Interfering with an electronic system is a criminal matter in Indonesia, not merely a breach of these terms. ## The open-source projects Every project listed on this site lives in its own repository under its own licence. That licence governs what you may do with the code — not this page, which is only a summary for orientation. Every project listed on this site carries a licence file, so in each case the licence answers the question. Two licences in the table carry obligations people routinely miss. AGPL-3.0 reaches network use: run a modified version as a service and you owe its users the source. GPL-3.0 is copyleft on distribution. If either matters to what you are building, read the licence rather than the row. > The table below is generated from the same project record that drives the rest of this site, so it cannot state a licence the record does not carry. Each project’s own repository is the authority — confirm against the LICENSE file there. ## The public APIs We host several APIs and make them available at no charge. They are provided as they are, and the following applies to all of them. * There is no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Verify anything consequential against the original source before relying on it. * There is no service level and no uptime commitment. An endpoint may run in a limited mode, be rate limited, move, or be withdrawn, with or without notice. * Rate limits and abuse protection apply. Automated traffic that degrades the service for others may be blocked. * Where an API returns an attribution line in its responses, that line must be reproduced verbatim wherever you present its data. * Commercial use of a hosted endpoint, beyond what its licence and attribution terms already permit, is by arrangement. Ask us. Sivitas API additionally publishes its own hosted terms in its repository, including the exact credit line it requires. Where that document is more specific than this page, it governs. The data these APIs re-serve belongs to whoever published it. Facts themselves are not owned, but a compilation can be, and the selection and arrangement of a source database may be protected even where the individual records are not. We serve public data in a new structure and claim no rights over the underlying records. ## Independence and non-affiliation Several of our projects read publicly accessible data about products and services that other people own. None of them is official, and none is endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the organisation whose data it covers. * Rone Arena, Arena Academy and Arena Card cover Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. That name, and the game’s assets, are trademarks of Shanghai Moonton Technology. * Sivitas API re-serves Indonesian higher-education data published by PDDikti. It is not operated by PDDikti or by any government body. * SpaceX API and Follow Dragon cover publicly published mission data. Neither is connected to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. * Gempa re-serves earthquake and tsunami data published by BMKG. It is not operated by BMKG or by any government body, and in an emergency BMKG, BNPB and the local BPBD are the sources to follow. * igstats reads a data export that a person requests and downloads themselves. It is not connected to Meta or Instagram. All names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to say what the data is about. Indonesian trademark law restricts using someone else’s mark as the identifier of your own goods or services; it does not stop you naming the thing you are describing. We renamed an entire project family in 2026 to move back onto the right side of that line, and we intend to stay there. ## Takedown If you own data, a mark, or a service that one of our projects touches, and you want something changed or removed, email hello@rone.dev and it will be actioned. You do not need a lawyer to make the request and we will not require one to act on it. Tell us what the material is, where it is, and what right you are relying on. We answer within three business days and say what we did, rather than letting a silent removal stand in for a reply. ## Liability The website, the software and the APIs are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site, our software, or our APIs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for our own bad faith, and any right you have to compensation under Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Act. This does not affect the terms of any signed agreement for paid work, which govern that work instead. ## Links to other sites This site links out to code repositories, package registries and the projects’ own deployments. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes fall to the district court with jurisdiction over the company’s registered office, in Central Java, Indonesia. Before anyone files anything, please email us. Almost everything that reaches a lawyer could have been settled by a message describing the problem. ## Changes We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page moves when we do. Continuing to use the site, the software or the APIs after that date means accepting the revised terms; if a change is significant, we will say so rather than let the date carry the whole message. ## Licence by project 17 projects.
