RoneAI is the trading name of PT RoneAI Teknologi Internasional, incorporated in August 2026 under Indonesian law as an individual limited liability company.
The company was set up to put a legal entity behind work that was already happening: APIs, web applications, and AI systems built for developers and institutions who needed something dependable rather than something impressive.
Its registered scope is deliberately narrow. Two KBLI classifications cover it — information technology and computer services, and engineering and technology research and development. Everything RoneAI takes on sits inside those two lines.
RoneAI is an individual limited liability company — a single-founder structure classified as a micro enterprise. Ridwan Halim is the director and, at present, the person doing the work.
That is stated plainly because it should affect how you engage with us. A one-person company is a good fit for focused, well-scoped projects and a poor fit for work that needs several people in parallel. We will tell you which one yours is.
